Four-Years Bachelor in Technical Livelihood Education Major in ICT
The BTLED is an undergraduate program that equips learners with adequate and relevant competencies in Technology and Livelihood Education, particularly for the TLE explanatory courses from Grades 4 to 8, specializing in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
Program Objectives
The program aims to develop highly competent and motivated secondary teachers who can:
1. Demonstrate broad and coherent, knowledge and skills in technology and livelihood education.
2. Possess and apply wide range of teaching process skills in the field of curriculum development, lesson planning, materials development, educational assessment and teaching approaches.
3. Manifest deep understanding of the learning process and facilitating skills.
4. Equip with high level literacy, communication, numeracy, critical thinking and learning skills.
