Steps to be Followed in the Enrollment Procedures

(For OLD and NEW Students)

FOR NEW STUDENTS

STEP 1
Evaluation and Verification of credentials

•Good Moral Certificate
•Form 138 (Report Card)
•1×1 ID picture (Business Attire / White Background)
•TOR & Transfer Credentials (for Transferee)

STEP 2
Scholarship Examination (Optional)

STEP 3
Interview

•Selection of Strand or Course (subject to availability)
•Discussion of tuition fees and other applicable charges

STEP 4
Payment

•Issuance of Bank Deposit Slip
•Payment of Applicable Fees  at designated banks

STEP 5
Enrollment

•Issuance and filling out of Registration Form upon submission of Validated  Deposit Slip from the bank
•Selection of Class Schedule and Section
•Issuance of Official Receipt, Student Copy of Registration Form, Request for Form 138/TOR and Freshmen Kit (subject to         availability).

FOR OLD STUDENTS

STEP 1

•Grades from last semester

STEP 2
Verification of Requirements

•Checking for completion of Requirements (for Graduating Students)

STEP 3
Validation and Assessment (by Administrator)

•Validation of Grades from previous semester

STEP 4
Payment

•Issuance of Bank Deposit Slip
•Payment of Applicable Fees  at designated banks

STEP 5
Enrollment

•Issuance and filling out of Registration Form upon submission of Validated  Deposit Slip from the bank
•Selection of Class Schedule and Section
•Issuance of Official Receipt and Student Copy of Registration Form.
