Two Teams composed of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) 4th year students of the Computer Science Department (Commonwealth branch) have successfully presented their research papers which were accepted for oral presentation during the 2nd Technology Research Congress Summit 2018, held last February 27, 2018 in De La Salle Araneta University (DLSU-A), Valenzuela City.

The papers entitled “Matching and Extraction Algorithm for Biometric-Based Cigarette Vendo Machine”, authored by Ma. Angelica A. Yumol, Rhinosuelo Agundo, Mary Grace C. Cataylo, Melany Grace Demafiles, Mark Arbin V. Perez, Jomar Pescador and “DumpIt: An IOT-Based Waste Monitoring Systems”, authored by Jonar M. Camingue, Meliton S. Arambulo, Anton A. Manjeron, Faith Kaye H. Sabado and Cristine Joy S. Samonte respectively.
